Limited effect of phosphodiesterase 2A inhibition on acute nociceptive behavior. Mice were tested for (A) mechanical and (B) thermal paw sensitivity before and 60 min after drug administration (3 mg/kg BAY 60–7550 or vehicle intraperitoneal; n = 6 per group). The acute nociceptive behavior was not affected by BAY 60–7550 in both tests.
