A progressively greater decrease in mean arterial pressure (MAP) and increase in heart rate (HR) is seen after increasingly larger doses of gantacurium; no trend is apparent in the case of CW 1759-50, where the heart rate remains unchanged from baseline over the entire dose range shown, and mean arterial pressure changes also show no dose–response relationship.
