Sensory block determined by sensation to ice, evaluated in the postanesthesia care unit (PACU) 60 min after surgery. To minimize type I error inflation from multiple comparisons, P values less than 0.025 should be considered statistically significant (*). Additionally, all comparisons are only between the supraclavicular–interscalene groups or the anterior suprascapular–interscalene groups.
