Table 1. Effect of IT LY293558 and Bupivacaine on Motor Function

Tests for motor impairment before drug injection (Pre) and 15–240 min and 24 h after intrathecal administration of LY293558 (n = 8) or bupivacaine (n = 8). Placing reflex and ambulation are expressed as median and range. Rotorod time is expressed as mean ± SD.
