The differences between EC50s estimate ± standard error (minimum alveolar concentration fractions) show the effect of discontinuing, continuing, or increasing isoflurane concentration immediately after training, tone-shock versus context-shock training, and three-trial versus one-trial training. No significant differences between posttraining changes in isoflurane concentrations within any training procedure, at P = 0.05.
