This was not calculated for group I, in which Ce^CALCshould only approach Cp^CALCasymptotically, and therefore t^eqis infinite ; t^error= t^eq− t^peak; Cp^MAX= calculated maximum plasma propofol concentration ; BIS^peak= observed BIS at t^peak; t^MinMAP= observed time to lowest arterial blood pressure (the “onset of side-effect”).
