We want colleagues who want to be part of our “extended family” and demonstrate through conversation that they are committed to the care of their patients and the well-being of their colleagues in the practice. Be humble. Overconfidence can be trouble. Most, if not all, of the physicians you will meet have important experiences that should be considered valuable education.
