While the disease COVID-19 has challenged us to understand this new virus in order to help mitigate its spread, we have recently been reminded of another disease – institutional racism that continues to plague our world. As one of many organizations worldwide that stands in solidarity, espousing respect and fair treatment for all, SNACC continues to support Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity as essential to better serve and broaden our membership.

In this the second year of our Diversity and Inclusion Committee instituted under the direction of Dr. Linda Aglio, SNACC has taken the time to understand the experiences of our members and the benefits of Diversity.
