The ANESTHESIOLOGY® 2016 annual meeting includes more than 50 workshops and lectures covering all areas of anesthesiology and beyond. These educational workshops offer attendees a valuable opportunity to gain vital hands-on experience through the continuum of care using specialized equipment.
These workshops are meant to replicate the environment in which the procedure takes place and it is important to equip them just as one would equip an operating or procedure room, from anesthesia and ultrasound machines down to needles and syringes. ASA looks to its industry partners from all corners of the medical field to provide all of the equipment for workshops presented at the annual meeting. A majority of these workshops would not be possible without the generous in-kind donation of medical supplies and equipment by these generous industry partners.
