An exchange of correspondence by Aldrete and Orkin published in the December 1998 issue of Anesthesiology contained an error. Table 1provided with Dr. Aldrete's letter was inadvertently omitted from the correspondence. The Table appearsbelow. Also, the correct spelling for Dr. Orkin's name is Fredrick K. Orkin, M.D., M.B.A.
