In the October 2005 issue of the Journal, in the Case Report entitled “Floating Thrombus Entrapped in a Patent Foramen Ovale Complicating Acute Pulmonary Embolism” (Anesthesiology 2005;103:895–7), the first author’s name was transposed and should have been listed as Benoît Espeel, M.D.
