Specifically, the absolute mean arterial pressure ranges were labelled in decreasing order (>64 mmHg, 60-64 mmHg, 55-59 mmHg, 50-54 mmHg, <50 mmHg) from top to bottom within each figure. The absolute mean arterial pressure ranges should have been labelled in increasing order from top to bottom within each figure.
The authors regret the error. The Supplemental Digital Content has been corrected.
