Quality of Life: Measuring Disability-free Survival

Complex Information for Anesthesiologists Presented Quickly and Clearly

All data points were extracted directly from a recent multicenter, multinational study of disability-free survival after surgery,¹  defined as survival with a score of less than 25% on the World Health Organization Disability Assessment Schedule 2.0, or an increase of less than 8% compared with their preoperative assessment. MI = myocardial infarction.
